From a small room refresh to a ground up dream-home build, we provide design services for any size project. Starting with a personal consultation and collaborating with our design team, we will help you determine the scope and depth of your design needs, based on your budget and design vision. Consultation.
Our initial consultation includes a meeting with the client (either face to face or via web meeting) to discuss details of their project, get to know our designer, as well as discuss and explore options for the project. During the consultation, the client can expect the following: Designer to come prepared with several ideas, concepts, and starting points for the client’s current project. What we expect from the client: photos of the project, in advance of meeting, approximate budget, and a few notes as to what the client hopes to achieve with their designer. $125.00 (The cost of which can be applied to design service fees if you choose to proceed with design services).
E- Design.
E-Design, or digital design services, provide the following to the client. At least two mood boards for the space. A detailed source and price list for all recommended items. Drawings of the recommended layout/floorplan for the space. Also included in this package is a complimentary consultation and a second meeting once the e-design package has been reviewed by client to ensure that client is satisfied with the outcome. If additional changes or modifications are needed, client and designer will meet to discuss next best steps and create a plan that meets clients needs. $500.00
Hourly Service rates.
Hourly design services can be used at any time and for a variety of design purposes. For example, client may want input on structural, flow of space, or aesthetic suggestions prior to construction. Space Styling, color recommendations, feedback on selection of products and finishes, or just handing over a room and letting the designer get you to your dream vision for the space. Hourly design allows for freedom and flexibility in using the designer for just what you need, no more no less. $125.00 per hour.

Individualized Packages.
If you are interested in having a designer guide you through an entire project, or perhaps need project management, this package will work best for you. Designer and client will plan out all foreseeable aspects of said project from start to finish. Each package price will vary depending on key items such as square footage, length of project, and what duties will be the responsibility of the designer to ensure your desired outcome. This package will provide the client with the most access to the designer, and is ideal for anyone who does not have time to be involved in the hands on nature of a renovation project. $ Varies.
